Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering for business stakeholders and developers through initial discovery sessions.
• Translate business needs into implementation designs and architecture diagrams.
• Create detailed documentation including architecture diagrams, BRD/FRD, and system integration documents.
• Serve as primary liaison between client technical teams and Mastercard internal teams during design and discovery.
