Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst, Solutions Architect (Loyalty Solutions) to design and document effective loyalty architectures for European clients. You will lead discovery sessions, translate business needs into technical designs, and produce architecture diagrams and BRD/FRD-style documents.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, product and engineering teams, travel to client sites as needed, and apply knowledge of rewards, loyalty platforms, APIs, and security to deliver scalable

Qualifications

Knowledge of rewards, marketing and/or loyalty platforms.
Experience working with financial institutions and/or performance-based marketers.
Strong critical thinking, problem solving and creating effective product/service solutions.
Team player with excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Willingness to travel and operate in multiple geographic markets.

Responsibilities

Design and document loyalty solutions based on client business needs.
Lead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and developers.
Create detailed architecture diagrams, business requirements and functional specifications.
Serve as primary liaison between client technical teams and internal delivery teams.
Identify constraints and provide solutions to mitigate risk and ensure scope alignment.
