Job summary

Global Enterprise Partners is seeking a creative Learning Experience Designer to join a prominent global FMCG brand. You will partner with stakeholders to identify performance needs and design learner-centered solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

You will design content using Articulate Storyline/Rise, Synthesia, and AI-powered tools, building strong relationships with SMEs and business leaders to co-create learning solutions and drive engagement through AI-enhanced content

Qualifications

Experience in Learning Experience Design or Instructional Design.
Strong understanding of Design Thinking and learner-centred design.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Understanding of adult learning principles and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

Apply Design Thinking to solve learning and performance challenges.
Partner with stakeholders to diagnose performance gaps and recommend solutions.
Design and develop engaging learning content using Articulate Storyline/Rise, Synthesia, and AI-powered tools.
