Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs to design and deliver blended learning programs aligned with goals.
• Apply andragogy and evidence-based instructional design to create learner-centric experiences.
• Design and curate blended learning using formats like eLearning, virtual sessions, and on-the-job activities.
• Ensure content accessibility and relevance across delivery modes.
• Leverage generative AI tools, including deploying custom GPTs, to support learning.
• Manage timelines, resources, and communications for learning initiatives.
