AgileEngine is seeking a Lead Application Security Engineer in Warsaw to guide a cross-functional pod delivering 24/7 secure software delivery. You will own security-focused development across ASPM integrations and AI-enabled SDLC scanning, and lead technical escalations with a focus on architecture and mentoring.

The role requires 5+ years in software engineering and strong Python depth, with experience in modern DevSecOps, cloud security, and CI/CD ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering and architecture experience.
• Strong Python depth and leadership skills.
• Experience with DevSecOps, Cloud Security, and CI/CD ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a localized cross-functional pod across ASPM integrations and AI-enabled SDLC secure code scanning.
• Facilitate shift hand-offs with peer leads across timezones to ensure 24/7 delivery velocity.
• Oversee technical delivery of core workstreams, including ASPM integrations and AI-enabled SDLC scanning.
• Act as the primary escalation point for regional technical challenges and mentor engineers.
