AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Software Engineer in Poland to contribute hands-on to a follow-the-sun DevSecOps pod. You will write Python scripts to integrate SAST/DAST/SA into CI/CD and tune scanning tools, delivering high-confidence alerts. 3–5 years of software engineering experience and strong Python are required.

Responsibilities include deploying automated hardened baselines, enabling secure coding patterns, and guiding remediation for Java and Python within cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial software engineering experience.
• Strong Python proficiency for automation and scripting.
• Working knowledge of modern CI/CD orchestration and vulnerability tooling.
• Ability to operate with minimal supervision on complex scripting/integration tasks.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain scripts to integrate security gates into CI/CD pipelines.
• Tune security scanning tools to reduce false positives and improve alerts.
• Assist in deploying automated hardened baselines and secure coding patterns.
• Provide code-level remediation guidance to development teams in Java and Python.
