Job summary

AgileEngine in Poland is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to serve as the regional delivery anchor for a follow-the-sun DevSecOps program. You will lead a cross-functional pod across ASPM integrations and AI-enabled SDLC secure code scanning, owning regional escalations and mentoring engineers.

You will facilitate shift hand-offs with time-zone peers, drive secure code reviews, and ensure 24-hour delivery velocity in a regulated enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience and architectural leadership.
• Deep expertise in Python.
• Experience with modern DevSecOps, Cloud Security, and CI/CD ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a localized cross-functional pod of engineers and data scientists.
• Coordinate seamless hand-offs with peers across timezones for 24/7 delivery velocity.
• Oversee technical delivery of ASPM integrations and AI-enabled SDLC secure code scanning.
• Act as primary escalation point for regional technical challenges and perform secure code reviews.
