Job summary

KK Wind Solutions in Szczecin, Poland, is seeking a Senior Accountant - Accounts Receivable to join our finance team. This on-site role with hybrid flexibility focuses on managing receivables, data accuracy, and timely reporting across KK Group entities.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years in AR, solid accounting knowledge, MS Dynamics/Excel proficiency, and strong English communication to support international operations. Hybrid work enabled at the Szczecin office.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or Accounts Receivable.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems; MS Dynamics is a strong asset.
• Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer master data for accuracy.
• Monitor and collect receivables across KK Group entities.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Post transactions and allocate incoming payments.
• Prepare and distribute account statements and open balance reports.
• Deliver reports, analyses, and financial overviews.
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across locations.
• Respond to inquiries from customers, auditors, and internal teams.
• Drive process improvements and optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies and external regulations.
• Support Invoice-to-Cash data migration projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer master data and maintain data accuracy
• Monitor, analyze, and collect receivables across KK Group entities
• Identify, investigate, and resolve payment discrepancies
• Post transactions and allocating incoming payments
• Prepare and distribute account statements and open balance reports
• Deliver reports, analyses, and financial overviews
• Actively participate in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across departments and locations
• Respond to inquiries from customers, auditors, and internal teams
• Drive process improvements and optimization initiatives

Requirements

• Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
