Job summary

KK Group is seeking a Lead, PLM Business - Digital Engineering to drive PDM capabilities across product structures and BOMs in Szczecin. You will shape engineering processes, data structures and workflows, coordinating with IT and domain owners to deliver a cohesive digital thread.

You bring a strong engineering mindset and experience in PLM implementation or digital transformation, plus the ability to translate business needs into practical requirements for cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in engineering, product development or a product-oriented environment.
• Understanding of product lifecycle, product development, BOMs and engineering documentation.
• Knowledge of PLM/PDM systems, processes and best practices.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical requirements and collaborate across stakeholders.
• Experience with PLM implementation or digital transformation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Shape PDM capabilities across product structures, part management, BOMs, engineering documentation and configuration.
• Support MCAD–PLM integration as part of the broader PDM landscape, clarifying Engineering use cases, data flows and process requirements.
• Drive alignment with Engineering users, Process Owners, Domain Owners, IT and digital delivery teams to understand current challenges and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business challenges, opportunities, PLM processes and business rules into clear requirements, user stories, workflows and validation criteria.
• Support solution design and ensure alignment with approved Engineering processes, PDM standards, MCAD ways of working and the Digital Thread roadmap.
• Plan and support testing, including process validation, user acceptance testing, issue follow-up and feedback coordination.

Lead, PLM Business - Digital Engineering M/F

We are looking for a Product Data Management (PDM) Lead to join our Digital Engineering Team and support the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) initiative within the Digital Thread Program. Based in our Szczecin City Center Office, you will help shape Engineering processes, product data, structures and ways of working to build an integrated digital ecosystem.

This is a business-side Engineering role, ideal for an experienced engineer with a Mechanical Engineering background who wants to drive practical digital transformation.

We work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote), therefore we are looking for candidates located in or willing to relocate to the Szczecin area.
