Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Warsaw is seeking an experienced System Analyst for ERP implementations and integrations. You will work with business stakeholders to translate needs into concrete system requirements and evaluate how multiple ERP components fit together across the IT landscape.

The role focuses on improving processes, documenting changes, and supporting deployment, testing and UAT. Fluency in Polish and English (B2) is required for international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with ERP systems – mandatory.
• Polish and English at a minimum B2 level for regular communication.
• Strong requirements analysis and documentation skills.
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, interfaces and data flows.
• Ability to understand complex systems and explain them clearly to stakeholders.

System Analyst – ERP

Location: Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland (On-site)

I’m looking for an experienced System Analyst for my client — a large international organisation with several thousand employees across Poland and Europe.

This is a great opportunity for a System Analyst who enjoys working with complex enterprise systems, ERP, integrations and business processes — and wants to have a real impact on how systems evolve across a large organisation.

The company currently operates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as its ERP platform. However, Dynamics 365 Business Central is not mandatory — we are open to candidates with strong experience in other ERP environments such as SAP, Oracle, IFS, Infor or similar platforms.

What will you do?

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, processes and challenges.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and system requirements.
• Analyse how existing systems support business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work with ERP and surrounding enterprise applications, looking at the bigger picture across the IT landscape.
• Analyse integrations, APIs, interfaces, data flows and dependencies between systems.
• Identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities.
• Define and document system changes and support the delivery of new functionality.
• Assess the impact of changes across applications, integrations and business processes.
• Work closely with developers, architects, IT teams and external vendors to make sure solutions meet business needs.
• Support solution implementation, testing and UAT.
• Investigate complex system issues and participate in root-cause analysis.
• Create clear system documentation, process flows and functional specifications.
• Contribute to discussions around the evolution of the IT landscape and technology-related decisions.
• Work within an established IT Governance framework, providing analysis and insight rather than owning the governance function.

What are we looking for?

• Strong experience as a System Analyst / Systems Analyst in a complex IT environment.
• Solid experience with ERP systems – mandatory.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus, but experience with other ERP platforms will be considered.
• Strong understanding of business processes and how they are supported by IT systems.
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, interfaces and data flows.
• Strong requirements analysis and documentation skills.
• Ability to understand complex systems and explain them clearly to different stakeholders.
• Experience working with both business and technical teams.
• Comfortable working across multiple systems and understanding their dependencies.
• Good understanding of software development and implementation processes.
• Exposure to IT Governance, architecture or technology decision-making is an advantage.
• Polish and English at a minimum B2 level — both languages are required for regular communication with Polish and international stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
