Job summary

KK Group is seeking an ERP Consultant to join their international IT Applications team in Szczecin. The role focuses on supporting D365 users, driving ERP projects, and enabling ERP deployments across multiple countries.

You will create user accounts, manage permissions, and document ERP processes with training materials. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in IT, with an advantage for finance-related experience, and prior ERP specialist work in a production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred.
• Educational background in Finance or experience with finance processes is an advantage.
• Experience as an ERP Specialist in the production industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to daily requests from business teams.
• Participate actively in ERP implementation projects.
• Assist with creating user accounts and managing permissions in ERP systems.
• Document ERP processes and prepare documentation and training materials.
• Collaborate across departments and locations to support ERP use.
