Job summary

KK Group in Szczecin is seeking a Lead – IT Applications to join our international team. You will support D365 users, lead ERP projects, and contribute to D365 implementations across entities in different countries.

The role requires strong ERP knowledge, project implementation experience, and fluent English. The position follows a hybrid work model with three days per week in the city centre.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field.
• Experience as ERP Specialist in production industry is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

For our office in Szczecin, we are looking for a Lead – IT Applications to join our international team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in ERP systems. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting D365 users, business projects, and D365 implementations in new entities across different countires.

We value team collaboration, so we expect the new team member to work in hybrid work model to work three days per week from our city centre.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to daily requests from business teams.
• Participate actively in ERP implementation projects.
• Support the creation of user accounts and granting permissions in ERP system.
• Document ERP processes and prepare documentation and training materials.
• Work across different departments with users from different locations.

Our requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Educational background in Finance or experience with finance processes is an advantage.
• Experience as an ERP Specialist in the production industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of ERP operations and modules (D365 F&O preferred).
• Experience with implementation projects.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
