Simon-Kucher in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Knowledge Management Associate to join our global KM team, focusing on Elevate and Engine. You combine hands-on sanitization with core KM activities, supporting digital consulting and software businesses with high-quality, compliant knowledge assets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in knowledge management, consulting support, research, or a related role.
• Strong business-level English and German.
• Experience working with PowerPoint, SharePoint, and content-heavy knowledge environments.
• High attention to detail and strong quality mindset, particularly when handling sensitive client content.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle parallel requests.
• Clear, solution-oriented communication style and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Interest in or exposure to Financial Services and Telco, Media and Technology topics is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key Knowledge Management contact for Simon‑Kucher Elevate and Simon‑Kucher Engine, providing request-driven knowledge support to consultants, product and solution teams, and other stakeholders.
• Support colleagues in navigating and applying KM processes and tools, including SharePoint and ChatGPT‑based knowledge solutions.
• Own and maintain selected Elevate and Engine knowledge products and repositories, ensuring strong content hygiene, version control, relevance, and usability.
• Help structure and connect knowledge across topics such as digital strategy, digital sales, digital marketing, digital pricing, advanced analytics, technology, software solutions, and implementation.
• Support the capture and reuse of project experience, methodologies, credentials, case examples, solution materials, and other reusable knowledge assets.
• Develop and maintain knowledge maps, taxonomies, and structured content that make Elevate and Engine capabilities, expertise, and experience easier to find and understand.
• Proactively identify knowledge gaps, duplication, and opportunities to improve the way knowledge is captured, organized, and reused.
• Collaborate closely with Elevate and Engine teams and global KM colleagues to increase the findability, usability, and adoption of relevant knowledge assets.

Senior Knowledge Management Associate

In Poland - Warsaw

We are looking for a Senior Knowledge Management Associate to join our global Knowledge Management team with a strong focus on Simon-Kucher Elevate and Simon-Kucher Engine.

In this role, you will combine hands‑on content sanitization responsibilities with core knowledge management activities, supporting our digital consulting and software businesses with high‑quality, compliant, and easily accessible knowledge assets.
You will work closely with Elevate and Engine stakeholders across geographies and teams, contribute to request‑driven knowledge support, and help structure, maintain, and connect knowledge across digital growth, technology, analytics, software solutions, and implementation topics. You will help ensure that relevant expertise, project experience, methodologies, and solution knowledge can be found and reused efficiently across the firm.

The role reports to the Global Director Knowledge Management and offers broad exposure across service lines, products, and firm‑wide KM initiatives.

How you will create an impact:

• Communicate clearly and professionally with consultants and stakeholders across levels.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of KM processes, standards, and tools.
• Take on additional KM or sanitization‑related tasks as needed within the team.

Content sanitization & quality assurance

• Complete and apply firm‑specific sanitization standards for text, visuals, and metadata.
• Sanitize project materials (primarily PowerPoint and Word), ensuring removal of client‑sensitive content and compliance with firm templates and visual guidelines.
• Ensure high accuracy, consistency, and quality of all sanitized deliverables.
• Track and incorporate feedback, continuously improving quality and efficiency.

Your profile:

• 3–5 years of professional experience in knowledge management, consulting support, research, or a related role.
• Strong business‑level communication skills in English and German.
• Experience working with PowerPoint, SharePoint, and content‑heavy knowledge environments.
• High attention to detail and strong quality mindset, particularly when handling sensitive client content.
