Miratech is seeking a Senior Java Developer to contribute to development and maintenance of a tax administration system for a major European client. You will work on backend services using Java, Spring, and Quarkus, with Angular frontend, and integrate with PostgreSQL, Kafka, and RESTEasy.

The team uses microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD tools. You will collaborate with distributed teams, participate in design and code reviews, and drive software quality through testing and

Competenze

• 6+ years of experience in Java development.
• Strong experience with Spring Framework and Quarkus.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and containers (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other RDBMS.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and messaging (Kafka, ActiveMQ).
• Good understanding of testing principles.
• Ability to communicate confidently in English.

• Implement software components according to design specifications.
• Perform system integration, testing, troubleshooting and resolution.
• Perform unit testing of software components.
• Assist in estimating project efforts and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient project progress.
