Job summary

Miratech is seeking a Senior Java Developer to contribute to development and maintenance of customized software solutions for a large European client in the public sector. The role focuses on secure, scalable tax administration platform development with a distributed team and modern tech stack.

The ideal candidate will bring 6+ years of Java experience, strong Spring and Quarkus skills, and hands-on experience with microservices, containers, SQL databases, REST/SOAP, and Kafka.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Java development.
• Strong experience with Spring Framework and Quarkus.

Responsibilities

• Implement software components according to design specifications.
• Perform system integration and testing, problem troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Perform unit testing of software components.
• Participate in estimating project efforts and delivery timelines.
• Proactively collaborate with teammates and communicate with Project Stakeholders to ensure project efficiency and predictability.
• Provide technical input into product roadmaps.
• Participate in triage activities (incident analysis and prioritization).
• Support and optimize CI/CD processes.
