Luxoft invites you to join a global Agency Trading technology team responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting high-performance trading platforms used in financial markets. You will design and maintain JVM services, implement Kafka/RabbitMQ messaging, deploy containerized apps on Azure/AKS with Helm and Terraform, and drive CI/CD and DevOps practices for reliable,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience with Java and enterprise application development using Spring Boot and Spring Security.
• Strong experience with high-performance messaging applications, including Apache Kafka and RabbitMQ, messaging patterns, and performance considerations.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), and containerized application environments.
• Hands‑on experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD, including Helm and Terraform for deployment and infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL, particularly within data-intensive applications.
• Experience with distributed caching and in-memory data technologies, including Apache Ignite and Hazelcast.
• Proven experience with performance analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning, particularly for high-throughput and messaging‑intensive applications.

The project focuses on the continued development and modernization of Java-based trading applications and high-performance messaging solutions, leveraging cloud, containerization, and modern DevOps technologies. The platforms are designed with a strong emphasis on scalability, reliability, performance, and operational stability to support demanding trading workloads.

As part of the global team, you will contribute to the evolution of critical trading platforms, helping improve their architecture, performance, automation, and deployment capabilities while ensuring they remain robust and maintainable in a complex production environment.
