Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking an experienced Java backend engineer to join our team. You will design and implement backend integration solutions for custody and corporate actions platforms, and develop Java-based microservices within large enterprise environments.

You will contribute to testing, deployment, and production support, while modernising and rearchitecting existing codebases. Collaboration across development, analysis, QA and infra teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Java backend experience (Senior) or 10 years (Expert).
• Strong experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Spring Boot and Spring Integration.
• SQL and relational databases (preferably Oracle).
• Experience with messaging and event-driven integration (IBM MQ, Kafka preferred).
• Experience with REST services, microservices and integration patterns.
• Maven, Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Automated testing with JUnit and Testcontainers.
• Ability to analyse requirements, system flows, logs and production issues.
