Qualifications

• 3+ years of expert-level proficiency in Java 7/8.
• Expertise in Spring Framework, JSP, and Maven.
• Familiarity with SVN for version control
• Proven capability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Background in code reviews and effort estimation
• Strong skills in backend development
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
• Nice to have Knowledge of Hibernate/JPA, Oracle DB, and SQL
• Understanding of Jakarta EE and legacy system modernization
• Familiarity with Gen AI-assisted development and Prompt Engineering
• Skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end support
• Background in the financial services domain
