EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to deliver scalable backend services in Java 17+ with Spring Boot 3+, and modern frontend work using ReactJS.

You will design microservices, implement event-driven Kafka integrations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on enterprise banking platforms. The role combines cloud-native engineering, AI-assisted development, and hands-on testing with JUnit 5/Mockito.

Qualifications

• 7+ years backend development with Java 17+ and Spring Boot 3+.
• Experience building microservices-based architectures.
• Strong ReactJS, Redux, and TypeScript proficiency.
• Experience with Kafka and PostgreSQL.
• Automated testing with JUnit 5, Mockito, Testcontainers.
• Familiarity with AI engineering tools and frontier models.
• Strong English communication (B2+).
