Job summary

DCG in Poland is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex technology transformation programs from initiation through BAU. You will drive delivery across applications, infrastructure, architecture and security teams, and establish governance aligned with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include managing scope, milestones, risks, and budget, coordinating remediation and resilience initiatives, and providing executive reporting to governance forums.

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing large IT transformation projects.
• Experience across applications, infrastructure, security, and compliance.
• Proven ability to translate regulatory requirements into delivery plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive reporting.
• Experience in regulated environments, preferably financial services.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional technology transformation initiatives from initiation to BAU.
• Drive delivery across application, infrastructure, architecture, and security teams.
• Establish project governance aligned with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate remediation, resilience, service management and improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate decision-making and stakeholder alignment across teams.
• Ensure high-quality reporting to senior management and governance bodies.
• Support solutions improving regulatory compliance and lifecycle management.
