Sprout Social is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to join our IT team in Kraków. You will maintain and enhance our IT backbone, support end-users, and help drive improvements across our tooling and systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator.
• Must be able to work from Kraków office at least one day per week.
• Proven technical support experience with Apple and Windows devices.
• Capable of lifting 30+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to end-users and improve their experience.
• Maintain and optimize tooling and systems used by the IT team.
• Share ideas to improve processes and IT services.
