Job summary

Commodity Supplies AG is seeking a Senior IT Support & Infrastructure Administrator to join our growing IT team. This role blends advanced technical support with hands-on infrastructure administration in an international environment.

The successful candidate will provide L2/L3 support, administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, manage identities, devices, and network services, and lead upgrades and security initiatives across Windows and macOS endpoints.

Qualifications

• Several years in IT Support, Systems Administration or IT Infrastructure roles.
• Bachelor or vocational IT degree.
• Fluent English; conversational German is a plus.
• Certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL) are advantageous.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Experience with identity/access management, SSO, and enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced L2/L3 support for hardware, software, network and infrastructure issues.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents, perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent solutions.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, MFA and SSO.
• Manage users, groups, permissions and access rights per policy.
• Configure, maintain and support Windows and macOS endpoints.
• Support DNS, DHCP, VLANs, switches, access points, and firewall configurations.
• Monitor infrastructure health, backups and security compliance.
• Manage IT assets, software inventory and licensing.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and partners on issues and projects.
• Participate in upgrades, migrations, implementations and improvements.
• Maintain documentation and procedures; support onboarding/offboarding and end-user training.
