Job summary

Process Paramarsh is a next-generation technology and business consulting organization focused on ERP, Cloud Transformation, Data & Analytics, AI, and Digital Solutions. We are entering the foundation phase and seek a motivated Senior Technical Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for technology and consulting roles.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, account managers, and candidates to build a strong talent pipeline and deliver top talent for global client engagements.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in IT services or staffing firms.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting in ERP (SAP, Workday, Oracle), Salesforce, Coupa, Cloud, AI/Data, and Digital roles.
• Expertise in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms.
• Proven success in hiring for contract, C2C, and permanent positions.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and consulting roles across ERP, Cloud, AI, Digital, and emerging technologies.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and hiring strategy.
• Proactively source candidates using job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, referrals, and recruitment databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates’ technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate technical assessments, panel interviews, and client submissions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for recurring staffing and permanent needs.
• Negotiate offers, contracts, and pay rates with candidates and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and labor laws.
• Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health).
• Mentor junior recruiters and share best practices within the team.
