Job summary

Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. seeks a Senior IT Project Manager for a global high-tech client. You will own delivery of complex initiatives across in-house and partner-led projects, coordinating with European subsidiaries and the global HQ to drive digital and eCommerce innovations.

You will manage budgets, timelines, and vendor contracts, applying Agile and Lean methods, while leading a diverse, multi-cultural stakeholder network. Warsaw-based hybrid/remote setup offered on a long-term B2B basis.

Job description

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager for one of our clients, a globally recognized enterprise in the high-tech sector. In this role, you will take overall ownership of project delivery, managing both in-house initiatives and partner-led projects. You will act as the central point of contact for multiple European subsidiaries and global headquarters, driving digital and eCommerce innovations while ensuring strict adherence to budgets, timelines, and vendor contracts.

What will your tasks involve?

• Delivery Ownership: Manage complex in-house and partner-led projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and perfectly aligned with headquarters' business goals.

• Vendor & Contract Management: Conduct quarterly business reviews with partners, perform compliance audits, and maintain 100% adherence to contracts across the supply chain.

• Agile & Lean Execution: Facilitate projects based on Lean tenets, utilizing Agile/Sprints and an MVP-centric design approach to improve team productivity and velocity.

• Resource & Risk Management: Proactively plan the people supply chain, anticipate potential delivery troubles, and manage risks rather than relying on management by exception.

• Value Framework Implementation: Formulate and enforce a value delivery framework across all partners and internal teams to ensure continuous service excellence.

What we expect from you?

• Extensive Experience: 10+ years of overall experience in Project Management and Vendor Management, complemented by a strong knowledge of QMS systems.

• eCommerce Expertise: At least 3+ years of concentrated experience managing projects within the eCommerce or digital retail sectors.

• Agile Proficiency: Hands-on experience using Agile/Sprints, MVP-centric design, and working with tools like JIRA.

• Stakeholder & Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to manage complex networks of stakeholders (circa 30 communication partners globally), negotiate, and influence decisions across different cultures.

• Operational Acumen: Deep understanding of demand and supply, resource fulfillment, and internal/external financial processes.
