Job summary

Fusion Consulting is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead global cloud platform implementations and Supply Chain functions in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will combine project delivery with CSV, vendor management, and large-scale deployment experience.

The role requires coordinating business, IT, Quality, and external partners across regions while ensuring GxP compliance and successful validation and adoption of enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Project Management in regulated industries.
• Strong background in CSV and GxP-regulated systems.
• Experience supporting Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning or Quality.
• Proven experience managing cloud-based enterprise platform vendors.
• Experience leading global deployments across sites and regions.
• PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent certification.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams.
• Excellent communication, governance, and delivery capabilities.
• Hands-on, execution-focused approach.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead the implementation and global rollout of enterprise cloud platforms and Supply Chain functions within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. The successful candidate will combine strong project delivery capabilities with expertise in Computer System Validation (CSV), vendor management, and global deployment programs.

The role will work closely with business, IT, Quality, and external partners to ensure successful implementation, validation, and adoption of strategic enterprise solutions. Experience supporting Supply Chain Manufacturing is mandatory Other business-critical functions are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of global enterprise platform implementations, enhancements Supply Chain operations.
• Manage third-party vendors and system integrators delivering cloud-based solutions.
• Drive global rollout activities including planning, testing, validation, training, deployment, and hypercare.
• Ensure compliance with GxP requirements, CSV methodologies, and quality standards.
• Coordinate business, IT, Quality, and vendor stakeholders across multiple regions and functions.
• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, risks, dependencies, and governance activities.
• Facilitate steering committees and provide executive-level reporting.
• Support organizational change management and user adoption activities.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated industries.
• Strong background in Computer System Validation (CSV) and delivery of GxP-regulated systems.
• Experience supporting Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, or other operational business functions.
• Proven experience managing vendors implementing cloud-based enterprise platforms.
• Demonstrated experience leading global platform deployments and rollouts across multiple sites and regions.
• PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
• Excellent communication, governance, and project delivery capabilities.
• Hands-on, execution-oriented approach with a strong focus on achieving project outcomes.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP, planning solutions, SaaS platforms, or supply chain applications.
