Job summary

Fusion Consulting, a global life sciences and IT boutique, is seeking a Senior PM for IT/OT Infrastructure to lead pharma infrastructure projects in Stein and Basel. You will drive plans, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, validated IT/OT solutions.

The role requires 10+ years in IT/OT project management within regulated pharma, fluent English and German, and PMP/PRINCE2. Onsite work in Switzerland with a focus on GxP, security, and risk management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT/OT infrastructure project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience delivering IT/OT infrastructure in regulated pharma environments.
• Strong knowledge of IT/OT integration and automation.
• Onsite work in Stein and Basel, Switzerland with GxP focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans for IT/OT infrastructure initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions on time and within budget
• Manage project scope, schedules, and resources, identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure successful implementation of IT/OT systems
• Oversee the integration of IT and OT systems, ensuring seamless communication between enterprise and industrial control systems
• Implement and maintain project management best practices, methodologies, and tools
• Ensure compliance with GxP regulations and industry standards throughout all project phases
• Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for IT/OT infrastructure processes and systems
