Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead the implementation and optimisation of SAP EWM systems within pharmaceutical operations. You will drive multi-phase projects, manage budgets, and coordinate IT and warehouse teams to deliver compliant, scalable solutions.

The role requires deep knowledge of GxP and GDP, strong stakeholder communication, and a track record of delivering within €1 million budgets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT project management with multi-phase delivery experience.
• Proven SAP EWM configuration, customization and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory frameworks (GxP, GDP).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and closure of EWM implementation projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Manage stakeholder communications across departments and external partners.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with resource allocation and risk mitigation.
• Oversee configuration, testing and deployment of EWM solutions ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Mentor project teams to uphold high technical standards and accountability.
