Job summary

SoftServe seeks a Project Manager with strong Business Analysis expertise to lead end-to-end IT projects in a large European public-sector environment. You will partner with business stakeholders to define requirements, optimize processes, and ensure successful delivery of digital solutions in an international, multicultural setting.

Responsibilities include managing complex IT and migration projects, developing plans, monitoring budgets and timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or EQF Level 7 equivalent.
• 10+ years of professional IT experience.
• 5+ years as a Project Manager and 5+ years of project planning.
• 10+ years in business model analysis, requirements elicitation, UML, BPMN, Jira, and MS Project.
• 5+ years in Agile environments; knowledge of Scrum and Lean practices.
• Experience with mockup/wireframing tools and relational database querying.
• Strong stakeholder management and English proficiency (C1+); French or German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT and migration projects from initiation through delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans covering scope, schedule, costs, risks, and quality.
• Monitor progress, budgets, timelines, and initiate corrective actions.
• Coordinate teams, review deliverables, resolve issues across all phases.
• Manage governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements; translate into specs.
• Model processes using BPMN and UML; create flows, diagrams, and wireframes.
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities; support data querying and validation.
