Job summary

Softeta is seeking a Project Manager for a financial sector client. You will lead end-to-end business and IT change initiatives, handling multiple projects in parallel and ensuring governance, budgets, risks, and schedules are tightly managed.

You will interact with senior UK stakeholders and the Delivery Manager to align priorities and outcomes. Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of PM experience, strong governance and stakeholder skills, and English at or above C1, with willingness to travel to

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on Project Management experience.
• Strong delivery governance and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent English (C1+) and confident communication with UK stakeholders.
• Financial services experience.
• PRINCE2, Scrum or equivalent certification.
• Willingness to travel to the UK occasionally.
