Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics in Warsaw seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex enterprise IT projects within the PMO. You will drive governance, stakeholder engagement and cross-functional delivery across IT platforms and products, coordinating with Business and IT leaders globally.

The role requires +6 years of IT project management experience, familiarity with Prince2 or SAFe, fluent English, and a hybrid work setup around Warsaw.

Qualifications

• Have +6 years of IT experience with large corporate projects.
• Have +6 years of experience running large projects with knowledge of IT Project Management.
• Understand project management models i.e. Prince2 and/or agile frameworks such as SAFe – a certification is an advantage
• Are fluent in English
• Are already based around Warsaw in Poland and we are working in hybrid model

Responsibilities

• Take leadership of the projects assigned to you and uphold the mandate given to you.
• Excel in securing project governance according to our PMO framework.
• Excel in stakeholder management across functions, at all levels of the organization, and across the world.
• Work with third party and/or customers representatives in technical end-point changes.
• Handle the development process across all project stages – from initial business case initiation up to an operational implementation of changes.
• Handle budgets and ensure close control of project spending across multiple teams.
• Translate complex statuses to comprehensive, fact-based reports, which you deliver to Senior Management and Project Board, providing project updates and insights on a bi-weekly basis.
