Job summary

DCG in Warszawa seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead ICT projects from initiation to delivery. The role requires strong governance, stakeholder management, and the ability to apply PM methodologies and Agile practices in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of IT experience, 3 years in a similar role, and holds PRINCE2/PMP or PM2 Agile certification with English at C1. The position offers continuous learning, and engagement with diverse projects within DCG’s

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years IT experience.
• Minimum 3 years in similar position.
• At least 1 certification among PRINCE2 Practitioner or Project Management Professional (PMP), PM2 Agile or equivalent.
• English level: C1 confirmed or willing to take exam.
• Experience leading at least 1 medium-large ICT project as a project manager.
• Knowledge and experience in applying project management methodologies and Agile.
• Possesses a thorough understanding of IT and its application to business needs.

Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manages effectively and efficiently the project within its complete lifecycle and scope
• Establishes and manages project controls in order to ensure that the milestones are met and project products delivered on time and within scope and the business goals are enabled
• Assures and controls quality of the project deliverables
• Identifies, tracks, monitors and communicates project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of the project
• Liaise with Project Board and other key stakeholders
• Assigns and controls the tasks, authorizes work packages, balance priorities and workload in the team, motivates project team members
• Plans and controls project products delivery processes
• Manages effective communication within the project and with external environment of the project
• Produces project management products (like plans, logs, schedules). Defines the responsibilities of parties involved in the project
• Prepares and presents oral and written technical reports and project presentations
• Organizes and conducts project meetings

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position
• At least 1 certification among: PRINCE2 Practitioner or Project Management Professional (PMP), PM2 Agile or an equivalent certification recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority)
• English level: C1 confirmed by a certificate or be willing to take the exam
• Experience in leading at least 1 medium-large ICT project as a project manager
• Knowledge and experience in applying of project management methodologies and methods
• Knowledge and experience in applying Agile methodologies
• Possesses a thorough understanding of IT and its application to business needs
• Is conversant with current technologies and trends relevant to the project and the relevant Specific Contracts
• Presents excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce high quality written material and presentations for a variety of audiences
• Aligns his work easily to the changing environment, is able to work effectively in a variety of situations, seeks improvements and proactively looks to further improvements
• Presents strong problem-solving skills
• Displays strong leadership
• Possesses the ability to work effectively with colleagues, managers and suppliers
• Experienced in managing Team work with Azure DevOps (and or Service Now SPM Agile boards)
• Client oriented and experienced in Business Stakeholders management
• Experienced in management of the projects using Microsoft technologies: SharePoint 2019, SharePoint Subscription Edition, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse
• Experienced in management of the projects using Service Now technologies: custom applications and standard Service Now modules: Enterprise Assets Management, Strategic Porfolio Management, Customer Service Management (in on-prem and cloud set-up)
• Good knowledge of Cyber Security requirements, personal data privacy related functional and security requirements
