Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee IT projects through full lifecycle, ensuring scope, quality and timely delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders and manage risks using PM methods and Agile practices.

The role requires strong communication in English, a background in Microsoft technologies (SharePoint, Power Platform) and experience with Azure DevOps and Service Now. Private medical care and professional training are offered.

Qualifications

5+ years IT experience.
0 3 years in a similar position.
At least 1 international credential (PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP or PM2 Agile).
English level C1 or willingness to certify.
Experience leading at least one medium-large ICT project.
Knowledge of PM methodologies and Agile practices.
Proficiency with Microsoft technologies (SharePoint 2019/Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
Experience with Service Now modules and Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

Establishes controls to meet milestones and deliverables.
Assures and controls quality of project outputs.
Tracks issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies.
Liaises with Project Board and key stakeholders.
Assigns and balances tasks, motivates team members.

Maintains effective project communications with internal and external environments.
Produces PM artifacts and presentations.
Organizes and conducts project meetings.
