Randstad Polska Sp. z oo is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of complex in-house and partner-led initiatives across Europe.

You will serve as the central point of contact for multiple subsidiaries and drive digital and eCommerce initiatives while aligning with budgets, timelines and vendor contracts. Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience in project management and vendor management.
• 3+ years of experience managing projects in eCommerce or digital retail.
• Hands-on with Agile/Sprints, MVP-centric design, and JIRA.
• Strong stakeholder management across a global network.
• Deep understanding of demand and supply, resource fulfillment, and financial processes.

Responsabilités

• Delivery ownership of complex in-house and partner-led projects, on time and within budget.
• Vendor and contract management, quarterly reviews, and compliance across contracts.
• Agile and Lean execution using sprints and MVP-centric approaches.
• Proactive resource planning and risk management instead of exception-based management.
• Formulation and enforcement of a value delivery framework with partners and internal teams.
