DCG poszukuje doświadczonego Senior IT Program Manager – AI Application Modernization w Warszawie. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie planować i nadzorować end-to-end dostawy projektów modernizacji aplikacji AI, łącząc działania programowe z interesariuszami na wysokim szczeblu.

Qualifications

• 7+ lat doświadczenia w zarządzaniu IT programami/projektami, w tym skomplikowanymi inicjatywami korporacyjnymi.
• Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu inicjatyw modernizacji aplikacji AI, w tym konwersja kodu, refaktoryzacja automatyczna lub remediation.
• Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu end-to-end dostawą, budżetami i zasobami.
• Potwierdzona umiejętność definiowania i utrzymania struktur governance programu.
• Prowadzenie Steering Committees i spotkań z interesariuszami na wysokim szczeblu.
• Umiejętność tłumaczenia celów biznesowych na plany dostawy.
• Wysokie kompetencje komunikacyjne po angielsku, ustnie i pisemnie.

Responsibilities

• Planowanie i zarządzanie dostawą end-to-end, w tym harmonogramy, zależności i zasoby.
• Monitorowanie postępów i identyfikacja ryzyk, zależności i problemów.
• Zapewnienie eskalacji i mitigacji dla stabilnego przebiegu programu.
• Tłumaczenie celów wysokiego poziomu na jasne plany dostawy.
• Utrzymywanie skutecznych struktur governance i standardów delivery.

Job description

Stanowisko: Senior IT Program Manager – AI Application Modernization

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage end-to-end delivery activities, including timelines, dependencies, resources, risks, and financials
• Monitor delivery progress and proactively identify issues, risks, and dependencies
• Ensure timely escalation and mitigation to support predictable programme execution
• Translate high-level objectives and roadmaps into clear and executable delivery plans
• Establish and maintain effective programme governance and delivery standards
• Coordinate activities across engineering teams, architects, subject matter experts, data teams, and business stakeholders
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, delivery priorities, and technical direction
• Facilitate Steering Committees and senior-level governance meetings
• Drive accountability and strong delivery discipline across programme workstreams
• Provide clear reporting on delivery status, risks, dependencies, resources, and financials

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in IT programme/project management, including complex enterprise-scale initiatives
• Proven experience leading AI-driven application modernization initiatives, including code conversion, automated refactoring, or application remediation
• Experience managing end-to-end delivery, including timelines, dependencies, risks, resources, and budgets
• Experience defining and maintaining programme governance structures
• Experience facilitating Steering Committees and senior stakeholder meetings
• Ability to translate high-level objectives into clear and executable delivery plans
• Strong experience coordinating delivery across engineering teams, architects, and business stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with senior-level stakeholders
• Solid experience in financial and resource management within complex programmes
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
