Job summary

Diverse Consulting Group is seeking an experienced IT programme/project manager in Poland to lead complex, enterprise-scale initiatives and AI-driven modernization efforts. You will plan, govern, and coordinate delivery across engineering, data, and business teams, ensuring alignment with objectives and budgets.

Fluent English and strong stakeholder management are essential as you steer Steering Committees and drive accountability across workstreams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT programme/project management experience.
• Proven experience leading AI-driven application modernization initiatives.
• Experience managing end-to-end delivery including timelines, dependencies, risks, resources, and budgets.
• Experience defining and maintaining programme governance structures.
• Experience facilitating Steering Committees and senior stakeholder meetings.
• Ability to translate high-level objectives into clear, executable delivery plans.
• Strong experience coordinating delivery across engineering teams, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior-level stakeholders.
• Solid experience in financial and resource management within complex programmes.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
