Job summary

Fusion Consulting AG seeks a Senior IT Project Manager for its Quality Lab to lead complex IT initiatives, ensuring high performance and regulatory compliance. You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, and vendor relations in a dynamic pharma IT environment.

Responsibilities include defining project scope with cross-functional teams, implementing QA processes, risk assessment and mitigation, and leading teams to adopt best practices in IT project management, including expertise with LIMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• PMP certification required.
• 7+ years of IT project management experience focusing on quality assurance.
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and QA processes.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and risk management.
• Proven track record delivering complex IT projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects in the quality lab environment, managing schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and implement quality assurance processes for IT systems.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Lead project teams, fostering continuous improvement and driving adoption of best practices in IT project management.
• Prepare project status reports and manage vendor relationships related to IT quality lab projects.
• Experience in managing Document Management Systems (DMS).
