Job summary

Fusion Consulting in Warszawa seeks a Senior IT Project Manager for our Quality Lab to lead complex IT projects, ensuring high performance and regulatory compliance across life sciences systems.

You will plan, execute, and deliver IT projects in the quality lab environment, manage schedules and budgets, collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope and QA processes, conduct risk assessments, lead project teams, and oversee vendor relations including DMS/LIMS initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• PMP certification is required.
• 7+ years of IT project management experience focusing on quality assurance.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and QA processes.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and risk management.
• Proven track record delivering projects in complex IT environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
• Knowledge of GxP regulatory compliance.
• Experience with DMS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects in the quality lab environment, managing schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and implement quality assurance processes for IT systems.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Lead project teams, fostering continuous improvement and driving adoption of best practices in IT project management.
• Prepare project status reports and manage vendor relationships related to IT quality lab projects.
• Experience in managing Document Management Systems (DMS)
