Job summary

Infolet in Kraków is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead infrastructure transformation and lifecycle management. You will drive end-to-end projects spanning data centres, storage, and core infra, coordinating global teams and ensuring governance, budget control, and smooth handovers.

You will communicate complex topics to senior stakeholders in English and Polish, work in a hybrid setup, and contribute to secure, reliable delivery from project initiation through handover.

Qualifications

• Strong experience managing technology infrastructure projects.
• End-to-end project delivery in global environments.
• Experience coordinating matrixed teams without direct line management.
• Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Strong financial management, forecasting and budgeting.
• Experience with governance, RAID, dependency tracking and change control.
• Proficiency in Clarity and Excel for planning and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex topics to senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure projects end-to-end, managing scope, timelines, resources and delivery outcomes.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones and cross-team dependencies.
• Coordinate global teams, internal stakeholders and external delivery partners.
• Manage governance, risks, issues, dependencies, change control and escalations.
• Prepare executive-level status reports for senior stakeholders and steering committees.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, expenditure tracking and variance reporting.
• Use Clarity and Excel to maintain project plans and financial data.
• Coordinate implementation, cutover and operational handover activities.
• Ensure operational readiness, documentation, support arrangements and acceptance criteria.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and compliance with governance and control requirements.
