Job summary

SIX in Poland seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to lead international, cross-functional programs across infrastructure, operations, compliance and security. You will drive migrations, modernizations and harmonization, establish robust governance, and coordinate stakeholders and vendors to deliver measurable business value while ensuring data integrity and risk control.

The role requires 10+ years in IT project management, certifications in PRINCE2/PMP/IPMA, and strong experience with

Qualifications

10+ years in IT project management in regulated environments.
PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA or equivalent certifications; strong agile usage in hybrid setups.
Proficient with Jira/Confluence, Planisware, and risk-management tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

lead and deliver complex end-to-end IT projects across infrastructure, operations, compliance, and security in regulated environments
plan migrations, decommissioning, and cutovers with data integrity and risk control
establish governance, audit, and security standards; provide steering and reporting
drive stakeholder engagement, change management, training, and communication for adoption and standardization
coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors; prepare materials for boards/committees
