Job summary

Fusion Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager for IT/OT Infrastructure in Pharma to lead complex projects within our pharmaceutical operations in Basel and Stein. The role requires directing cross-functional teams, ensuring regulatory alignment, and delivering IT/OT solutions on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in IT/OT project management in pharma, strong knowledge of GxP, and fluency in English and German.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT/OT infrastructure project management experience.
Experience in pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
Fluency in English and German.
Knowledge of GxP, validation, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute project plans for IT/OT infrastructure initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure solutions on time and within budget.
Manage project scope, schedules, and resources, mitigating risks throughout lifecycle.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure successful IT/OT implementations.
Oversee integration of IT and OT systems, ensuring communication between enterprise and industrial control systems.
Implement and maintain project management best practices, methodologies, and tools.
Ensure compliance with GxP regulations and industry standards.
Provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for IT/OT infrastructure processes and systems.
