Job summary

Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead OT Security and Secure File Transfer initiatives within a pharma environment. The role spans global delivery across OT, Infrastructure, and Security teams, ensuring governance and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in enterprise infrastructure projects, strong vendor management, and fluency in English to coordinate across international stakeholders in regulated settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity projects.
• Proven experience delivering security platform implementations or cybersecurity transformations.
• Strong knowledge of OT Security and IT/OT environments.
• Experience with Secure File Transfer and file security solutions.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences environments.
• Strong vendor management and multi-site deployment experience.
• Fluent English in global/regulatory contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure security projects focused on OT Security and secure transfer.
• Manage OT cybersecurity capabilities, asset visibility, threat detection, and risk management.
• Deploy secure file transfer and file security platforms ensuring compliant data exchange.
• Coordinate OT, Infrastructure, Network, Security Operations, and site teams.
• Manage project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, vendors, and milestones.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise security architecture and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present status to steering committees and senior stakeholders.
• Drive governance, testing, validation, and production readiness.
