Job summary

WLG is seeking a hands-on IT Infrastructure specialist to own and deliver IT infrastructure and service delivery across Poland and Hungary. You will support ~200 users in a hybrid Warsaw setup, coordinating external providers and managing contracts, Azure and on-premises environments, and ITIL-driven operations.

You will drive service quality, security, compliance, and procurement, partnering with business users to meet operational needs and deliver tangible IT improvements across two countries

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT infrastructure and service delivery across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud environments.
• Experience with ITIL Service Operation and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day IT infrastructure and operational services across Poland and Hungary.
• Coordinate external IT service providers and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Manage outsourced IT contracts, monitor SLA performance, and coordinate service reviews.
• Oversee Azure-based services, on-premises infrastructure, networking, and end-user computing environments.
• Coordinate incidents, service requests, maintenance activities, and operational changes.
• Drive continuous improvement of IT Service Management processes based on ITIL best practices.
• Define, improve, and monitor operational processes and service quality.
• Support IT security, operational compliance, and risk management activities.
• Coordinate hardware and software procurement together with internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with business users, ensuring IT services meet operational needs.

About The Role

We are looking for a hands‑on IT Infrastructure specialist to take ownership of IT infrastructure and service delivery across Poland and Hungary. This is not a corporate management role. We are looking for someone who enjoys working close to technology, understands modern infrastructure, and wants to have a real impact on the quality of IT services delivered to the business. You will support approximately 200 users across Poland and Hungary in an environment consisting of Microsoft Azure and two modern data centres. You will coordinate external IT service providers, maintain operational excellence, and continuously improve the quality of IT services. If you enjoy combining infrastructure, cloud technologies, ITIL processes, and vendor management, this could be an excellent opportunity.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in IT infrastructure, IT operations, or service delivery.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Azure and modern cloud environments.
• Practical knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, end‑user computing, and workplace technologies.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services and vendor relationships.
• Strong practical knowledge of ITIL Service Operation processes.
• Experience defining operational processes and measuring service quality.
• Understanding of IT security principles and operational risk management.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Fluent Polish and English.
