Job summary

Wlgroup is seeking a hands-on IT Infrastructure specialist to own IT infrastructure and service delivery across Poland and Hungary. You will support ~200 users in a hybrid Azure-based environment, coordinating external providers and driving ITIL-based service improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT infrastructure and services delivery across Poland and Hungary.

• Experience with ITIL Service Operation processes and service quality measurement.
• Vendor management and contract oversight with external providers.
• Fluent Polish and English communication.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership in a hybrid, international setup.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day IT infrastructure and operational services across Poland and Hungary.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on IT Infrastructure specialist to take ownership of IT infrastructure and service delivery across Poland and Hungary.

This is not a corporate management role. We are looking for someone who enjoys working close to technology, understands modern infrastructure, and wants to have a real impact on the quality of IT services delivered to the business.

You will support approximately 200 users across Poland and Hungary in an environment consisting of Microsoft Azure and two modern data centres. You will coordinate external IT service providers, maintain operational excellence, and continuously improve the quality of IT services.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in IT infrastructure, IT operations, or service delivery.

• Good understanding of Microsoft Azure and modern cloud environments.

• Practical knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, end-user computing, and workplace technologies.

• Experience managing outsourced IT services and vendor relationships.

• Strong practical knowledge of ITIL Service Operation processes.

• Experience defining operational processes and measuring service quality.

• Understanding of IT security principles and operational risk management.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership.

• Fluent Polish and English.
