Nordea in Poland is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to support the Commercial Cards platform. The role focuses on day-to-day operations, incident management, and platform upgrades across a Kubernetes-based environment with legacy WebLogic.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in IT operations, application operations or infrastructure.
• Solid Linux and Windows Server administration.
• Hands-on Kubernetes and container experience.
• Administration of Java application servers (WebLogic preferred).
• Working knowledge of Git: branching and pull requests.
• DB2 or SQL: writing queries to investigate data issues.
• Strong ITIL practice: incident, change and problem management.
• Good understanding of networking and security: TLS/certificates, firewalls, SSO.
• Scripting (PowerShell and/or Bash).
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (Grafana, AppDynamics, Prometheus).
• Ability to analyse Java application logs and stack traces.
• Clear written and spoken English, including incident updates for non-technical stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Own operations end to end: incidents, service requests and work orders in BMC Helix.
• Lead major incidents: coordinate the teams involved and drive root-cause analysis.
• Monitor applications and infrastructure (Grafana, AppDynamics, batch jobs) and tune alerting.
• Plan and execute production changes, including monthly Windows patching.
• Manage certificates and TLS, and remediate security findings.
• Troubleshoot logs, pods, Java app servers, DB2, SFTP and file-transfer flows.
• Make configuration changes through Git and run deployments via Jenkins.
• Automate repetitive operational work with scripts.
• Act as operations contact for platform, network, database and other teams.
• Own runbooks and knowledge base in Confluence; coach colleagues.
• Drive migration of legacy workloads to new platform and decommission old environments.
