Strong organizational, project control and governance skills with ability to manage an IT program from initiation to implementation.
At least 10 years of project management experience with knowledge of PRINCE2.
Strong IT delivery background with ERP implementation and data migration experience.
Ability to manage multiple pan-European projects and teams in a matrix environment.
Excellent communication skills to convey technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
Self-motivated with attention to detail and ability to motivate others.
Experience in application rationalization using waterfall and agile methods.
Experience in business change management and ITIL processes.
Proficiency with SharePoint, MS Project and MS 365 applications.

Plan and design IT initiatives while monitoring progress and taking corrective action.
Define project governance with the Director of Portfolio Management.
Manage budgets and monitor expenditure with FP&A.
Define ERP data migration strategy across implementations.
Lead data profiling, cleansing, transformation and reconciliation.
Coordinate mock migrations, SIT and UAT activities.
Support cutover readiness and go-live execution.
Assign resources and ensure capabilities across projects.
Ensure delivery within quality, timescale and budget.
Manage stakeholder communications and third-party contributions.
Manage risks and dependencies across projects.
Initiate interventions when gaps or issues arise.
Prepare project plans and steering/status reports.
Act as quality control and ambassador for IT processes.
