Job summary

People More is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager (Software & Embedded Systems) with Dutch C1 for remote work. You will lead multiple software and embedded projects, manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and delivery, and ensure clear communication with clients and internal teams.

You will coordinate distributed teams across Poland and the Netherlands, apply SDLC best practices, and drive agile processes (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). Fluent Dutch and English are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of international software project management experience.
• Experience leading multiple projects with distributed teams.
• Strong SDLC and software delivery knowledge.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable priorities.
• Extensive Agile experience (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Proficient with Jira and Odoo for collaboration and tracking.
• Familiar with AI productivity tools (Microsoft 365 Copilot, OpenAI).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Fluent Dutch and English for professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate software and embedded projects with scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and delivery.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Establish governance, reporting structures, and delivery processes.
• Support backlog prioritization, requirements, and product ownership.

• Improve processes, tools, and internal delivery standards.
• Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.
