Tapptic is seeking an IT Business Development Lead to drive enterprise opportunities across industries in Poland. You will build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders, host targeted events, and shape your own go-to-market strategy while guiding end-to-end sales cycles from initial contact to contract closure.

The role values a strong English command, 4+ years in B2B BD within digital/IT services, and a passion for AI and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1 level) required.
• 4+ years of B2B business development experience in digital/IT services.
• Experience in a digital agency, startup, or fast-paced environment preferred.
• Proven track record selling complex digital projects and AI/data services.
• Ability to manage full sales cycle and generate new business.
• Entrepreneurial, autonomous, and highly organised.
• Strong communication with senior executives and C-level stakeholders.
• Curious, proactive, and resilient, thriving in growth environments.
• Comfortable in agile, rapidly changing settings.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with enterprise clients across industries.
• Organize and host events (conferences, networking, demos) to generate opportunities.
• Define and execute go-to-market strategy within the territory.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from qualification to contract signature.
• Translate digital platforms, data and AI topics into business value for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling commercial proposals.
• Contribute to Tapptic's international growth and strategy.
