Qualifications

• Fluent English at C1 level.
• 4+ years in B2B business development in digital/IT/services.
• Experience in a digital agency/startup/scale-up is desirable.
• Proven track record selling complex digital projects, data, AI, or consulting services.
• Ability to manage full sales cycle and generate new business.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with growth of pipeline.
• Passion for emerging technologies, especially AI.
• Autonomous, organized, results-driven, able to build a pipeline.
• Excellent communication to engage senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with enterprise clients across various industries.
• Organize and host targeted events to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify and develop new opportunities with a defined go-to-market strategy.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from qualification to contract signature with C-level stakeholders.
• Translate digital platforms, data and AI topics into clear business value for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling commercial proposals.
• Help define and implement the company's international commercial strategy.
