Job summary

Sonova Group in Poland seeks a Senior IT Business Analyst SAP ECC FI/CO to design, configure and deliver SAP solutions across projects, rollouts and change requests within our international ERP landscape.

You will work closely with Finance, Controlling, Operations and IT teams, focusing on FI/CO integration with SD/MM/PP, translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions, and drive process standardization and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP FI/CO experience in ECC environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA and CO-PA.
• Experience with FI/CO integration with SD/MM/PP and end-to-end processes.
• Proven SAP implementations, rollouts and complex Change Requests.
• English proficiency and ability to collaborate in an international environment.

Senior IT Business Analyst SAP ECC FI/CO

As Senior IT Business Analyst SAP ECC FI/CO , you will design, configure and deliver SAP solutions across projects, rollouts and change requests within our international ERP landscape. You will work closely with Finance, Controlling, Operations and IT teams, with a strong focus on integration between FI/CO and SD, MM and PP.

• Configure, support and optimize SAP ECC FI/CO solutions.
• Deliver SAP projects, rollouts, enhancements and complex Change Requests.
• Translate business, statutory and operational requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Manage FI/CO integration with SD, MM and PP, including account determination, inventory valuation, product costing and tax.
• Support period-end processes including settlements, WIP, variance analysis and FI/CO reconciliation.
• Partner with ABAP and integration teams on functional specifications, testing and implementation.
• Drive process standardization and continuous improvement.

More about you :

• 10+ years of SAP FI/CO experience, ideally within SAP ECC environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
• Strong expertise across FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA and FI-BL, as well as key CO areas including Product Costing and CO-PA.
• Strong knowledge of SD/MM/PP integration with FI/CO and end-to-end financial processes.
• Proven experience with SAP implementations, rollouts and complex Change Requests.
• Experience with requirements gathering, functional design, SIT/UAT, cutover and hypercare.
• Strong English and ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
