Job summary

Sonova Group in Warsaw is seeking a Senior IT Solution Architect (SAP SD) to lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes within a global IT setup.

You will own requirements analysis, design and configuration of SAP SD, and collaborate with Sales and Planning teams in a hybrid work environment.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in SAP SD/O2C, strong stakeholder influence, and experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations. Fluent English required; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SAP SD / Order-to-Cash environments.
• Strong experience in solution design, configuration, and business process mapping.
• Solid understanding of integrations (eCommerce platforms, Credit Card solutions, EDI).
• Knowledge of SAP Variant Configuration, SAP Logistics Execution, or other SAP modules is of great advantage.
• Experience working with enterprise platforms (SAP, CRM, BI, S&OP etc.).
• Proven ability to work with and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience with IT tools such as SAP Solution Manager, JIRA, Signavio, ServiceNow.
• Fluent English; additional languages like German, Polish or Chinese are a plus.

Senior IT Solution Architect (SAP SD)

Join our global IT organization and take a key role in shaping and delivering SAP-based solutions across Sales and Planning processes. This position sits at the intersection ofbusiness and IT, with strong ownership of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes in a complex, international environment.
